Scott Graham has presented to youth in Canada, Switzerland, Scotland, Austria and Kazakhstan. Scott’s goal is to inspire authentic leadership around the world.

When Scott takes the stage, a magnetic energy fills the room. His ability to connect with his audience is unparalleled, leaving everyone captivated. He imparts valuable lessons to children and adults alike, encouraging them to embrace their differences and use life’s challenges as stepping stones to leadership.

Scott’s belief in the power of differences is not just a philosophy, but a testament to his own journey. He sees his learning disability and ADHD as unique gifts that have fueled his creativity and led to the creation of innovative leadership programs and summer camps. His message to young people is clear-what makes them different now will be their strength as adults.

Scott is a prolific writer and has written six bestselling children’s books. He has also produced an energetic anti-bullying DVD and a CD of his songs. He has performed at TEDx conferences and was recently featured in a documentary called “Life Fantastical” about his Kids 4 Kids Leadership Program. Scott has appeared on TV and radio shows, including Breakfast Television, City Pulse News, CH Morning Live, Global’s The Morning Show, BBC Radio, and CFRB. He has also been featured in the Toronto Star.

Scott holds a Certificate in Social Work from the University of Waterloo, with a Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment specialty and a Degree in Social Development.

Scott Graham is a remarkable individual who is recognized for his dedication to helping children. He received the Men Who Make a Difference Award from the Halton Women’s Shelter and the prestigious Meritorious Service Medal from the Governor General of Canada, the highest award presented to a Canadian citizen.

Scott has been sharing his knowledge and expertise on bullying prevention and leadership development with students across Canada, Scotland, and Europe. He recently performed at the Vienna International Schools for UN delegate children and royal family members and at Collège du Léman Sàrl in Geneva, Switzerland. He has even contributed to the International School of Science in Kazakhstan and was part of a panel of anti-bullying specialists from various countries.

Scott Graham works with the Young Carer Group in Scotland and annually provides camp opportunities for these children. The Young Carers have come to his camp in Canada, which offers free summer camp experience and employment opportunities.

One of Scott’s most profound contributions is the Kids 4 Kids Leadership Program, which he created over 31 years ago. This Canadian Leadership Program for school-age children has been a beacon of inspiration, making a monumental difference in the lives of thousands of children. It is truly remarkable to witness someone so dedicated to fostering a positive impact on the lives of children.

The Early Years

Before Kids 4 Kids, Scott Graham was the lead singer in a rock group, sharing stages with renowned figures like Paul Northfield, engineer for The Police, and David Bowie. His musical journey, filled wards, was the foundation for his dynamic performing and speaking style.
